Choosing the perfect piece is an art, and sometimes we need a moment to see if it truly resonates. Here's how we can dance through the return process together:

• Change of Heart? It happens. If a design doesn't quite sing to your rhythm, you've got 14 calendar days from its arrival to send it back my way and receive a refund. (Please read below for Extended Exchange Period).

• Keeping It Pristine: Let's preserve its charm. Make sure the jewel remains untouched and in the same beautiful state you first laid eyes on.

• Its Special Box: Each piece finds comfort in its original box. When returning, let it travel back in that cozy nest.

• Secure & Tracked: In your package, you'll find a return label. Pop it onto the shipping box (making sure any old labels are removed), seal it up, and know I'll be tracking its journey back.

• Stay Informed: Once the piece is back and checked, you'll be the first to know about your refund.

• Banking Notes: Typically, it takes about 3-5 days for the refund to waltz into your account. Just a heads-up.

• Unique & Custom Designs: Sale items and crafted-for-you pieces have their own essence. If these need returning, reach out, and let's chat.

• From a Partner Store: If you discovered my art in another boutique, please connect with them for any returns. Their song might be a tad different from mine.

• Extended Grace for Gifts: If you're gifting from Porpe's collection, enjoy an extended window of 30 calendar days for exchanges or store credit.

• Crafting Your Perfect Story: Whether you're considering store credit for a future treasure or wish to swap for another design, let us know. Reach out at hello@porpe-artifacts.com.

• Keeping It Pristine: Let's preserve its charm. Make sure the jewel remains untouched and in the same beautiful state you first laid eyes on.

• A Simple Return: Place the piece in its original packaging with the provided return label. With each return, the piece's journey back is safe and traceable.

• What Comes Next: Once we receive the item, we'll promptly either dispatch your chosen piece or provide you with store credit.

• The Value of Art: If your new choice has a higher value, we'll inform you of the difference. Shipping costs for the replacement item will also be communicated.

Returns for damaged jewelry

The integrity of each Porpe artifact is paramount to us, and we deeply regret if it reaches you in less than perfect condition.

• Reach Out Quickly: Please inform us within 10 calendar days of receiving your item. Time is of the essence, and we want to act fast.

• Picture Perfect: A photo speaks volumes. Kindly snap a quick picture of the damaged piece and attach it to your email. This helps us understand the extent of damage and act swiftly.

• Contact Details: Let us know about the issue at hello@porpe-artifacts.com

• Packaging: While we hope it's a rarity, if you need to return a damaged piece, please place it back in its original packaging.

• Return Label: Inside your package, you'll find a return label. Attach it to the shipping box you received, making sure to remove any old labels. Ensure the shipping box is safely sealed. Remember, all returns are insured and traceable.

• Replacement on Us: As soon as we receive the damaged item and inspect it, we'll send out a replacement to you.
